This page covers salaminlabs.com only (the marketing site). It does not change or replace the ¡Cerebritos! app privacy policy, which remains the document that describes the game.
What we measure
We use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used: page views, language, demo interactions, and download-button clicks. That helps us improve the website.
What it is not
- Not third-party advertising.
- Not used to follow you across apps or to sell data.
- Not part of the app’s profile, matches, or notifications.
Who processes the data
The data controller is Salamin Labs, based in Santiago, Chile, reachable at contacto@salaminlabs.com. Because we are established in Chile, we are governed by Law No. 21,719 on the protection of personal data.
Google acts as a processor only for this website. You can read more in Google’s policies, or ask us at contacto@salaminlabs.com.
Consent
In the European Economic Area (and equivalent regions) we ask for your consent with an on-page notice before turning these measurements on; you can decline and still browse. Outside those regions, measurement may run by default; if you prefer not to participate, use the same notice or email us.
How long it is kept
Site metrics are aggregated and anonymous: they cannot identify you or build a profile of you. Google Analytics keeps them for a limited period (14 months by default) and then deletes them. We keep no copies of our own.
Your rights
For the data we process you can request access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability by writing to contacto@salaminlabs.com, free of charge. Since this measurement is anonymous and aggregated, in practice the most effective step is to decline measurement in the banner: we then stop collecting it.
If you are not satisfied, you can complain to Chile's Data Protection Agency.
Children and teenagers
This site is an information page aimed at adults looking for details about the game. Measurement is anonymous and is never used for advertising or targeting, here or in the app. The app policy, which explains in detail how we handle children's data, is here.
If a breach occurs
If a breach affecting personal data occurred, we log it and notify Chile's Data Protection Agency within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, and tell the people affected when it may pose a risk to their rights.
